Where We Work

Oakring Education is local to Northeast Indiana and Northwestern Ohio. On-site services are available to public school districts in these regions.

For school districts outside of this region, virtual or remote options may be available, as licensing restrictions allow.

What We Offer

Initial Needs Assessment: $0 for a 1-hour complimentary virtual consultation to determine your needs and best-fit services – and if Oakring is the right partner for you. There is absolutely no obligation to contract for services.

Best-fit services include any of the following:

  • On-Site Consultation: Do you need to sit down with a veteran school psychologist and walk through the pain points that keep you up at night? This can range from troubleshooting (you don’t even know where to start) to focused consultation (you know what’s wrong but don’t know how to fix it). (Remote or hybrid options available!)

  • On-Site Role Training: Are your school psychologists working a double or triple caseload and don’t have time to train new educational diagnosticians? Is your school psychologist team young or just starting out, with no access to a veteran school psychologist for staffing, questions, or training? This option is for you. (Remote or hybrid options available!)

  • Evaluation Data Interpretation and Consultation: Your team has the evaluation data but struggles to understand it in terms of special education eligibility and compliance. Caregivers are frustrated. You’re frustrated. Your teams are frustrated. Students are caught in the middle. If you wish you had a veteran school psychologist to help bring clarity, this option is for you. (Remote or hybrid options available!)

  • Referral Process Auditing: Your district is missing compliance dates. You’re not sure why. This option will help to identify gaps and process errors in the end-to-end referral process (from parent consent to case conference).

  • Team Training Workshop: Do you wish someone could step in and train your team on special education eligibility law? Eligibility areas? Report interpretation? Something else? Our team will design and deliver a custom workshop for your district’s needs. (Remote option available!)

  • Psychoeducational Report Review: You have the data. You have the testing. You have a report. But no one knows what the report means, you’re worried that it doesn’t meet compliance, or a caregiver has escalated to outside advocacy and you’re not sure where your district stands. Our team will review a report or selection of reports to identify strengths, gaps, and compliance risks; a written feedback summary will be provided.

  • Psychoeducational Report Writing: Your short-staffed team is getting the testing done and collecting good data, but they’re working off-contract every night to keep up with reports. It’s just not sustainable. If you’re in Indiana or Ohio, our team can bridge the gap and draft the report, with your district’s licensed school psychologist remaining the lead evaluator and “final say.” This option does not include testing, data collection, gaps analysis, or case conference attendance.

A full-spectrum pricing menu will be sent following the completion of all Initial Needs Assessment virtual meetings. Pricing begins at $120/hour, $800/day, or $400/deliverable.
